  4. Access Granted – Once ID and payment are confirmed, you’ll be welcomed into the lounge.

What happens if I’m late or miss my time block?

Can I bring a guest with me?

How do payments work inside the lounge?
All on-site purchases must be completed at the time of selection using accepted payment methods.
Can I leave and come back in?
Re-entry is not guaranteed once a guest exits the lounge due to capacity control.
What are the house rules while inside?
Guests are expected to follow all posted house rules and maintain a respectful environment. Failure to do so may result in removal.

  • Private Lounge Access: Sealed & Lit operates as a private, reservation-based lounge experience. Entry is available by approved reservation only.
  • Access Fee: Reservations may include an access fee. This fee grants entry to the lounge experience and is separate from any optional purchases made inside.
  • 21+ Requirement: All guests must be 21+ and present a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in. No exceptions.
  • Check-In & Verification: Entry is granted only after reservation status, identification, and any required access fee are verified. Guests who paid digitally must have confirmation available on their device. Guests paying in person must present the physical card used.
  • On-Site Purchases: Guests may browse and choose to make purchases while inside the lounge, subject to availability and house rules. All on-site purchases must be completed at the time of selection.
  • Ownership: Any items selected inside the lounge remain the property of Sealed & Lit until payment is fully confirmed.
  • Gift Credit Language: Where applicable, invoices and receipts may reference Gift Credit and/or Merch Packs. Guests will receive the corresponding items tied to their selection once payment is confirmed.
  • Final Sale: Due to the nature of the experience, all sales are final once completed. Any concerns must be raised immediately before exiting the lounge.
  • Late Arrival / No-Show: Time blocks are reserved. Late arrival may result in reduced lounge time or forfeited entry if capacity has been reached.
  • No Re-Entry: For capacity control and guest experience, re-entry is not guaranteed once a guest exits the lounge.
  • House Rules & Conduct: Sealed & Lit reserves the right to deny entry or remove any guest who cannot be verified, fails to comply with these terms, or disrupts the lounge environment.
