1. Q: Where do you deliver? What's your delivery range?
A: Sealed & Lit proudly serves:
- Franklin County / Smith Mountain Lake — 🚚 Free same-day delivery, no minimums.
- Outside these areas — Delivery may be available with a minimum order.

2. Q: Do I need to buy Gift Credit first, then shop?
A: No. Pick your gifts first and complete our secure order form. The invoice reflects the Gift Credit tied to your selection.
3. Q: Why does my invoice say “Merch Pack” or “Gift Credit”?
A: It’s our compliance language. You pay the invoice and receive exactly what you picked.
4. Q: What if I don’t pay the invoice?
A: No payment = no delivery. If product ever leaves our hands without payment, it’s treated as theft and may lead to revoked membership and collections/legal action.
5. Q: Do you ship products?
A: No. Sealed & Lit is delivery-only.
6. Q: How do I pay?
A: All payments are processed through Square, pay with card or cash upon delivery.
7. Q: What ID do I need to show?
A: You must be 21+ with a valid government-issued photo ID at delivery.
8. Q: Can I return or exchange a product?
A: Because our products are consumable, all sales are final. If there’s an issue, contact us within 1 hour of delivery.
9. Q: What is the Burn Unit?
A: Our loyalty community with exclusive drops, bonus packs, and Gift Credit perks. Your first purchase with Sealed & Lit automatically signs up your email to be a Burn Unit member unless you specifically opt out via a sales rep.
10. Q: Can I order without being a Burn Unit member?
A: Yes. Membership isn’t required, but members get extra perks and priority access.
11. Q: How do I contact Sealed & Lit?
A: Please use the 'Follow Us' section and select either Instagram or Snapchat, then send us a message. We will get back to you within 24 hours.

A: Normal operating hours are as follows:

Reps are available 24/7. If you have an order request outside of business hours, please contact us, and we’ll work with you to fulfill the order if possible.
⚖️ Terms & Conditions
- Payment First: All invoices must be paid before or at time of delivery.
- Nonpayment: Treated as theft; may be pursued legally.
- Ownership: Gifts remain property of Sealed & Lit until payment is confirmed.
- Gift Credits: All orders are noted as Gift Credit purchases, at delivery you will receive both your Merch Pack and Gift.
- Final Sale: Issues must be reported within 1 hour of delivery; after that, sales are final.
- Age Check: 21+ with valid government-issued ID at delivery.
